Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Territory Mapping: Identify and visit potential industrial clients (Food, Pharma, Textiles, Mining, etc.) within the assigned area.
Lead Conversion: Follow up on inquiries generated by the marketing team and convert them into confirmed orders.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site demonstrations of our metal detector systems to technical teams and decision-makers.
Negotiation: Handle pricing negotiations and close deals while maintaining company profit margins.
2. Channel Management:
Dealer Network: Appoint new dealers and distributors in untapped locations within your territory.
Support: Train dealer sales teams on product features and USPs to help them sell effectively.
3. Relationship & After-Sales:
Client Retention: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore repeat business or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) opportunities.
Payment Recovery: Coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.
4. Reporting:
Provide daily/weekly reports on sales visits, funnel status, and competitor activities to the Sales Manager.
