A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients. You should have a proactive attitude, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to meet targets. A basic understanding of the local market dynamics and customer preferences is an added advantage. Valid driving license will be preferred as travel within the area may be required.
