We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Area Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients in the area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by actively promoting our products to potential customers.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Regular follow-ups will be necessary to address their needs.
- **Market Analysis:** Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to improve sales.
- **Sales Reporting:** Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to the management for informed decision-making.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers during sales presentations.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role. A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients. You should have a proactive attitude, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to meet targets. A basic understanding of the local market dynamics and customer preferences is an added advantage. Valid driving license will be preferred as travel within the area may be required.
