• distributor management:
counter sales / secondary sales:
sales&distribution
area sales manager / zonal sales manager
appoint, manage and support distributors in the assigned territory. ensure timely
stock replenishment and proper product visibility at distributor points. monitor
distributor roi, claim processing, and order fulfilment.
drive secondary sales across general trade, retail, and horeca outlets.
regularly visit counters to ensure product availability, merchandising, and scheme
communication.
achieve monthly sales targets for assigned skus and outlet coverage.
identify and open new outlets and channels for product placement.
execute brand promotion activities and ensure visibility standards are maintained.
canned foods(like mushrooms, chickpeas etc.),
pasta, vermicelli & flours (including millet-based range),
juices and mayonnaise.
track daily sales, beat plans, and outlet-wise performance.
submit timely reports and feedback on market trends, competition, and consumer
behavior.
graduate; mba preferred.
1–3 years in fmcg sales, preferably in foods segment ( spices divison, veeba,
er, itc)
skills: strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

must have a two-wheeler with valid license.
basic knowledge of ms excel and mobile-based sales reporting tools.
o willingness to travel within assigned territory.
