In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients in the area.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by actively promoting our products to potential customers.- **Client Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Regular follow-ups will be necessary to address their needs.- **Market Analysis:** Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to improve sales.- **Sales Reporting:** Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to the management for informed decision-making.- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers during sales presentations.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role. A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients. You should have a proactive attitude, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to meet targets. A basic understanding of the local market dynamics and customer preferences is an added advantage. Valid driving license will be preferred as travel within the area may be required.
