The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admissions process, explaining our courses, and ensuring maximum enrollments.Responsibilities--Provide accurate information and resolve student queries regarding course structure, fees, duration, etc-Maintain records of all interactions and follow-ups in Excel.-Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversions-Coordinate with the students and teachers to optimize outreach strategies.- Manage daily operational activity of the centre.Preference- Female candidate with good communication skills

A Student Counsellor is an important role within the Sales team. Provide administrative support and are involved inboth the pre-sale and post-sale process. Under general direction, provides counselling in the areas of admissions,academics, student services, program selection and career planning related counselling.Duties & Responsibilities: Listening to student's academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and non -judgementalway. Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals. Assisting with conflict mediation and resolution between students and university to ensure student's goals are not disrupted. He / She is required to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, through email and otherelectronic means about admission/ programmes queries. Reporting student issues to the appropriate authorities.Qualification & Experience: Bachelors Degree of any statutory University. Minimum Experience - 0-3 years. Previous experience working as a counsellor in an education institute preferred.Skills & Abilities : Good Communication Skills. Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm disposition. Some knowledge of call center systems such as telephony systems, CRM Databases and computers. Willingness to learn and understand all the products and services offered by the organization.

Confer with parents or guardians, teachers, other counselors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral, academic, and other problems. 5) Provide crisis intervention to students when difficult situations occur at schools.
