MIS Maintenance: Maintain a Management Information System (MIS) for tracking student queries, updating the status of actions taken, and ensuring data accuracy. Ticketing System Management: Log calls, raise tickets, and follow up with various departments to ensure timely closure of issues. Additional Responsibilities: Be open to taking on other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall operations.
