We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Guma, North 24 Parganas. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with customers and helping them find the right products and services.

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our offerings, and closing sales. You will need to build rapport with clients, answer their questions, and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Making Outbound Calls**: You will reach out to potential customers to introduce our products and services, ensuring you present information clearly and persuasively.

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through research and customer interactions to build a strong client base.

- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and follow-up with potential clients.

- **Customer Follow-up**: Maintain communication with customers after the initial call to address any concerns and encourage repeat business.

To succeed in this role, it is essential to have strong communication skills and a friendly attitude. A willingness to learn and adapt is also important, as is the ability to handle rejection positively. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping. A minimum of a high school diploma is required, and experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
