1. outbound calling: make calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

2. online sales: utilize online platforms to generate leads and close sales.

3. inbound: handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers regarding products or services.

4. negotiation skills: engage in negotiations with customers to secure deals and meet sales targets.

5. cold calling: reach out to prospective customers who have not expressed interest in the product or service.

6. inside sales: work on sales opportunities that are generated through marketing efforts.

7. voice process: handle sales calls efficiently and effectively using verbal communication skills.

8. convincing power: persuade customers to purchase products or services through effective communication.

9. outbound sales: drive sales by proactively initiating contact with potential customers.

10. marketing communication: communicate effectively with customers to promote products and services.

required skills and expectations:
