Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

2. Online Sales: Utilize online platforms to generate leads and close sales.

3. Inbound: Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers regarding products or services.

4. Negotiation Skills: Engage in negotiations with customers to secure deals and meet sales targets.

5. Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective customers who have not expressed interest in the product or service.

6. Inside Sales: Work on sales opportunities that are generated through marketing efforts.

7. Voice Process: Handle sales calls efficiently and effectively using verbal communication skills.

8. Convincing Power: Persuade customers to purchase products or services through effective communication.

9. Outbound Sales: Drive sales by proactively initiating contact with potential customers.

10. Marketing Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to promote products and services.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Excellent English language skills for clear communication with customers.

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and influence customers.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

- Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

- Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.
