Job Description

As a Tele Caller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers in order to generate sales leads or set up appointments. You will also be required to follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services

- Generating sales leads and setting up appointments for the sales team

- Following up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

- Providing customers with information about products or services offered

Skills and Expectations:

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus

- Diploma in any field is required

- Willingness to work full-time from the office in Salem, India.
