Position Summary

As a Sales Officer, you will be the face of NR Finanzas, responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting loan and credit card products, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell loan products (personal, business, instant) and credit cards to eligible customers

Conduct field visits, tele-calling, and digital outreach to generate leads

Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms clearly

Assist customers with documentation and application processes

Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in Excel/ CRM

Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries

Stay updated on RBI guidelines, lending norms, and competitor offerings

Skills & Competencies

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset

Familiarity with loan processing systems and credit scoring tools

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (12th/ Graduate)

13 years of experience in financial product sales (loans/credit cards)

Knowledge of KYC norms and lending regulations

Work Environment

Location: Janakpuri East - New Delhi / Noida - UP

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Branch Head

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: 18,000 27,000/month

Incentives: Attractive performance-based commissions
