-to lead the sales department in driving business growth by developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing team, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales operations aligned with company goals.

roles & responsibilities

-develop and execute quarterly and annual sales strategies, including product-wise and segment-wise targets.

-manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation, closure, and payment follow-ups.

-assign leads to field and office sales teams and regularly review their follow-up status.

-provide hands-on support to the sales team in high-value or technically complex deals.

-conduct weekly team meetings to track pipeline status, give feedback, and resolve stuck cases.

-coordinate with the marketing team for sales promotion activities, brochures, and campaigns.

-ensure timely data entry and reporting in crm, and generate mis reports for management review.

-work closely with production, service, and accounts departments for pre- and post-sales coordination.

-build strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and consultants.

-monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and suggest counter-strategies.

-participate in key exhibitions, roadshows, and dealer network strengthening initiatives.
