k9hr solutions is looking for sales head as follows:

a sales head is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. key duties include leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team, setting sales goals, and managing key client relationships. this role also involves analyzing market trends, overseeing sales operations, and collaborating with other departments like marketing.

core responsibilities

strategy and planning: develop and implement overall sales strategies that align with company goals to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.

team leadership: build, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets. set goals for the team and hold them accountable for success.

sales operations: oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. this includes sales forecasting, pipeline management, and crm optimization.

performance management: set sales quotas, kpis, and performance metrics. analyze sales data, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and adjustments.

client relations: build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.

market analysis: stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer purchasing behavior to identify new opportunities.

cross-functional collaboration: work with other departments, such as marketing and product teams, to ensure consistent business activities and to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
