Urgent Requirement For Operation Manager

Operations Manager cum Senior Education Counsellor.

This is a dual-mandate leadership position designed for someone who can counsel at the highest standard while simultaneously running the engine room of the business: admissions operations, counselling-team performance, CRM discipline, workflow governance, and revenue delivery.

The successful candidate will function as the bridge between the management team and the frontline counselling staff - translating strategic direction into daily execution, and elevating floor-level insight into decisions the leadership can act on. This is not a purely counselling role, and it is not a purely administrative role; it is a hybrid leadership mandate for someone who wants ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.

You will be measured on two fronts simultaneously: the quality and integrity of the student journeys you personally influence, and the performance, discipline, and scalability of the operation you help run. If you have outgrown individual-contributor counselling and are ready to build systems, lead people, and be accountable for a P&L-relevant slice of the business, this role is built for you.
