Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.7. Implement security best practices for network and fiber installation.8. Monitor network performance and guarantee peak performance.9. Work closely with vendors and service providers for repair and maintenance.10. Oversee fiber optic projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with industry standards.11. Install and maintain Cat6 cabling infrastructure, ensuring proper termination and labelling12. Troubleshooting issues related to Network. Able to configure CISCO Routers and Switches.Should have good Amount of Server Knowledge and able to understand LAN Schematics.13. Work Closely with Project Managers & Customer Networking Teams to align with overall projectPlans14. Maintain documentation of fiber layouts, network configurations, and maintenance schedules.15. Ensure compliance with industry standards, IT security protocols, and company policies.Qualification:1. Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2. 2 years of experience in Networking supervision, preferably in infrastructure.3. Strong knowledge of networking, including LAN/WAN and its best practices.4. Problem-solving & Good Communication skills. (Preferred Language: English & Hindi)5. Willingness to travel Pan India to oversee network deployments at various project locations.
