We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader in Customer Support to oversee our support team in Mumbai. This role requires effective leadership skills and a passion for helping customers. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Lead the Team**: Provide guidance and support to customer support representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver high-quality service.- **Train and Develop Staff**: Conduct training sessions for new team members and ongoing training for existing staff, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.- **Manage Customer Inquiries**: Handle complex customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.- **Monitor Performance**: Track team performance metrics, such as response times and resolution rates, to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.- **Foster a Positive Environment**: Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere for the team, encouraging collaboration and open communication.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Strong Communication Skills**: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and customers.- **Problem-Solving Ability**: An ability to think critically and find solutions to customer issues quickly and effectively is essential.- **Leadership Experience**: Previous experience in a leadership role within customer support is a plus, even if its informal leadership.- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations are crucial.- **Team Player**: You should work well with others, support your colleagues, and contribute to the team's overall success.
