Strictly qualify leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework or similar methodology. Maintain a clean and updated pipeline in the companys CRM system.C. Sales Closing Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (with support from the technical team if needed). Overcome objections regarding price, competition, and implementation. Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.D. Reporting & Administration (Remote Compliance) Submit a detailed Daily Call Report (DCR) via Google Sheet/Company Portal by the end of each shift. Log all call outcomes, lead status changes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM in real-time. Participate in daily virtual stand-up meetings to discuss wins, losses, and challenges.5. Compensation & BenefitsSIDDHI AI believes in rewarding performance with one of the most competitive payout structures in the industry.Phase 1: Training & Probation (First 30 Days) Status: Probationary Period.
