Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads independently as well as handling company-provided leads. The role includes arranging client meetings, visiting clients, and closing B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

€¢ Generate B2B leads independently through field visits, networking, references, and online platforms

€¢ Handle and follow up on leads provided by the company

€¢ Visit clients and explain company services professionally

€¢ Arrange and attend client meetings

€¢ Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

€¢ Close B2B deals and achieve assigned targets

€¢ Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects

€¢ Update lead and meeting details in CRM

€¢ Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure

€¢ Represent the company professionally in the market

Skills Required

€¢ Good communication and convincing skills

€¢ Confidence in client meetings

€¢ Willingness to do field work

€¢ Ability to generate leads independently

€¢ Basic understanding of B2B sales

€¢ Discipline in follow-ups and reporting

Eligibility

€¢ Graduate in any stream (preferred but not mandatory)

€¢ Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

€¢ Must have good communication skills

€¢ Willing to do field work and client visits

€¢ Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation is a plus
