Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads independently as well as handling company-provided leads. The role includes arranging client meetings, visiting clients, and closing B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads independently through field visits, networking, references, and online platforms
Handle and follow up on leads provided by the company
Visit clients and explain company services professionally
Arrange and attend client meetings
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Close B2B deals and achieve assigned targets
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
Update lead and meeting details in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure
Represent the company professionally in the market
Skills Required
Good communication and convincing skills
Confidence in client meetings
Willingness to do field work
Ability to generate leads independently
Basic understanding of B2B sales
Discipline in follow-ups and reporting
Eligibility
Graduate in any stream (preferred but not mandatory)
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Must have good communication skills

Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation is a plus
