● Preparing MIS Reports.

● Maintaining Cost Centers in Accounting Software.

● Overseeing stock/inventory accounting in software.

● Preparing age-wise receivable/payable reports.

● Accounting for purchase & expenses invoice.

● Checking invoices against purchase orders

● Approving vendor payments.

● Taking care of legal compliance while making payments.

● Preparing sales invoices.

● Passing accounting entries daily

● Preparation of Various reports such as A/R, A/P, Estimates, etc.

● Preparation of Tax invoices in Domestic as well as foreign currency.

● Understanding accounting standards, principles.

● Bank reconciliation.

● Month end closure of books.

● Standard email communication.
