Ensure stores function are carried out to achieve timely delivery of materials as per WBS plan to site Monitor functioning of all stores & ensure availability of materials & kits onsite as per planned requirement in WBS Check and monitor Stock Accuracy, monthly Perpetual inventory counting, process wastage, check site audit reports. After kit creations, create & share categorywise material shortfall data with purchase Conduct material consumption audits on sites after material is issued for consumption verification and highlighting issues with photographs to all concerned HOD's, VP's and Management. Prepare XYZ and ABC Analysis for all material & prepare monthly & yearly perpetual inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy in all locations. Prepare Ageing report projectwise and circulate to the concerned Site incharge / VP, along with Inventory in hand, material issued to Site and not consumed. Authorize, co-ordinate material transfer, verify delivery challans made for sending any material out of site on material transfer note (STR/408). Prepare material short fall report with critical, urgent, staged requirement for timely proccurement Finalize monthly materials requirement plan for standard kits with respect to actual site work progress / site work for next month procurement plan as per running buildings & new activates to be started. Monitor monthly, weekly, daily material usage, material shortages, material received status, kits ready status to identify & suggest corrections in procurrement plan if required To clear all the work approval and indents considering the available stock in hand Ensure all material is counted as per report, cross check material counted stock quantity with system stock quantity , Audit it random and submit variance report to Sr. GM Stores & VP Operations Carryout audits in store as per counted perpetual inventory slips for material in variance as per XYZ Analysis and submit audit report to
