Position: International Customer Support Executive Voice/Non-Voice/Blended (Work with Global Clients)
Work Location: Pune (Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Yerwada, Magarpatta, Hinjewadi)
Salary: Up to 3 LPA to 6 LPA
[ 30% hike on last salary (Experience) ]

Role & responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats for international customers
Provide real-time resolutions with professionalism and empathy
Address product/service-related queries efficiently
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in CRM systems
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
Achieve targets like AHT, CSAT, and FCR
Preferred candidate profile:
Graduate/Under Graduate Fresher and candidates with minimum 1 year of International BPO experience are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional international languages are a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends
