Screening the resumes and maintaining a separate database and Following up with candidates. Must have hands and team handling experience in the hiring of F1 OPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green. Card candidates for technical training and placements. Must have excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills. Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants. Posting the ads for F1 OPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green Card candidates for IT Training and W-2 Hiring. Experience in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, and headhunting with minimum Turn-around-Time. Managing and directing the entire recruiting life cycle sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job roles. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and guiding them through the recruitment process. Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
