job description:
- perform end to end recruitment.
- submit candidates based on the requirements – mid, senior management, technical or non-technical requirements.
- craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. screen incoming resumes and application forms and interview candidates via phone / video call.
- interact with candidates on a daily basis.
- advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, and job boards, and internally provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring manager.
- create your talent pool by uploading the available resources under your id.
- use linkedin and popular job boards to source relevant candidates.
- submit resources with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines.
skills and qualifications:
- experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods is preferred.
- 0-1 year recruitment experience preferred.
- both it and non-it recruitment experience is preferred.
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- head hunting experience is preferred.
