you will:
• manage the full cycle recruitment process, from kicking off a new search, job description development, building a robust evaluation strategy, sourcing and closing candidates
• source and screen the best candidates and then coordinate the interview process, and closing of candidates for assigned roles
• write/revise and post job descriptions, as needed
• source high-quality talent through a variety of tactics (; networking, social media, job boards, etc.)
• demonstrate a commitment to identifying a diverse slate of candidates
you have:
• 00 to 4 years of experience in the entire us recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/rate negotiation
• open to work on both it and non-it requirements
• a passion for building cohesive teams and a positive team-oriented approach to your work
• experience juggling multiple open requisitions while conducting a high-touch recruitment process
• ability to understand each department's skills and responsibilities across levels
• good ability to build pipelines (strategic sourcing)
• great selling and closing skills
• must have excellent verbal and written (english) communication skills
• independent, self-starter
• confident, aggressive, target-oriented and a go-getter
