- Promote tourism packages and destinations online: Responsible for creating engaging posts on social media platforms, writing persuasive content to attract potential travelers, and sharing information about various tourist spots and packages to increase brand awareness.- Respond to inquiries and provide information: Answer queries from interested customers, provide details about different travel packages, and assist in booking reservations for tours and accommodations.- Collaborate with marketing team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, create online campaigns to target specific audiences, and monitor the effectiveness of online marketing efforts.- Maintain online presence: Regularly update social media accounts, website content, and online advertisements to ensure that information is accurate, up-to-date, and appealing to target customers.- Analyze data and trends: Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, track online performance metrics, and adjust marketing strategies as needed.Required Skills:1.
