Deliver professional and confident communication in all customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Technical) to ensure smooth customer service delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any pending issues promptly. Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and lead conversion efficiency.Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support (email, chat, and phone). Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required). Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: business, healthcare, or communications). Exposure to international customer service (U.S. or global markets) is an added advantage. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations. Target-driven, organized, and proactive in achieving sales or conversion goals. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.).
