We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. Daily tasksMalayalam speaking is must- Focus daily on customers from 1 area.- Call customers using the numbers given on the portal for that specified area.- Insist and guide customers to placed order through the Conektr Business app, otherwise punch orders manually at the backend.- Send general broadcast to all customers for the daily offers every day from Conektr messenger.- All products prices are available on app and portal and the broadcast template should be designed accordingly.- On contacting the customer collect customers WhatsApp numbers to add-up to future broadcasting list.- Report daily on following thingso Number of customers contacted.o Customer wise outcome of each call-(ordered or not ordered : if order is punch manually then reason for retailer not placing order on the app : if not ordered then reason for not ordering)
