Key Responsibilities:Generate new business through cold calls, emails, networking, and market research.Conduct product presentations and demos explaining technical features in simple terms.Understand customer communication needs and propose the right VAS/CPaaS solutions.Maintain and update daily sales reports (DSR) and pipeline status.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Coordinate with technical and operations teams for onboarding and delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business.Stay updated with industry trends, telecom regulations, and competitor offerings.Handle pricing, negotiations, and deal closures professionally.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.Experience in VAS, CPaaS, Telecom, SaaS, or IT sales is preferred.Strong understanding of SMS, WhatsApp API, IVR, Voice, or cloud communication (added advantage).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
