Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-ups. Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant details for each interaction. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.Requirements: Education: Undergraduate (UG) degree.
