Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries or complaints.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and report on call outcomes.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.Schedule appointments for the sales team, if required.
