Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products or services. The goal is to generate leads, convert prospects, and ensure excellent customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries or complaints.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and report on call outcomes.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Schedule appointments for the sales team, if required.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate
Good communication skills in [Language(s)] (., English, Hindi, or regional language)
Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer service executive (preferred but not mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Pleasant voice and confident telephone etiquette
