This full-time position requires a female candidate who is well-presented and possesses strong communication skills in Bengali and Hindi. The Tele Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of telemarketing executives. Key responsibilities include leading daily sales operations, developing telemarketing strategies, training and mentoring staff, and monitoring team performance to achieve sales targets. Engaging with potential clients over the phone and providing them information about our real estate offerings will be essential for generating leads and closing sales.Candidates must have completed at least the 12th grade and possess good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. A minimum experience of 0-3 years in a tele-sales or related environment is required. Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory, as effective communication is crucial for the role. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to motivate a team to achieve desired outcomes.This position is based out of an office environment and does not require travel or fieldwork. As this is a work-from-office role, candidates must be comfortable working during regular office hours and be prepared to engage actively in a fast-paced sales environment.
