Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Expertise: Strong experience with Tetra Pak filling machines (A3 speed, etc.) and CSD/PET filling technology.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of carbonated soft drinks, fruit juice processing, and aseptic packing technologies.Management Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage shift operations, and improve operational efficiency.Common Hiring SectorsBeverage Manufacturing: Coca-Cola bottlers (e.g., SLMG Beverages), PepsiCo bottlers, and independent beverage producers.Packaging Suppliers: Companies specializing in Tetra Pak and PET solutions.
