A Student Counselor is an important role within Sales team. Provide administrative support and areinvolved in both the pre-sale and post-sale process. Under general direction, provides counselling inthe areas of admissions, academics, student services, program selection and career planning relatedcounselling.Duties & Responsibilities: The person will be the first line of contact for all incoming communications to the admissionsoffice. He / She required to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, through emailand other electronic means about admission/ programmes queries. Will be working closely with admission department across the University and will becoordinating with concerned team for smooth onboarding of student. He / She be required to coordinate/attend/represent/participate at the various admissionevents for promotion of the programmes and admission process at the Institute /University. Monitor the responses and provide data to generate leads. MIS and making reports Qualification & Experience: Bachelors Degree of any statutory University or the qualification prescribed by the Board ofManagement. Candidates should have minimum 1-5 years of experience in similar capacity.Training in Counselling is desirable. Previous experience working as a counsellor in an education institute preferredSkills & Abilities Good English language ability Good English Communication Skills Ability to speak clearly and articulately Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm disposition Some amount of knowledge of call center systems such as telephony systems, CRM Databasesand computer Willingness to learn and understand all the products and services offered by the organization Ability to multi-task
