Research on job trends in the market. Analyse the demand and supply of industry. Work on the gaps present with our existing talent pool and the market standards. Provide career services to the students of all the Lighthouses. Help them to create, resumes and cover letters, and apply for the jobs in their field. Organise the mock interviews with students. Maintain strong relationships with local employers while building the PCC brand. Understand the dynamics of local-economic jobs in the development sector. Coordinate with various Placement Youth Coordinators of all Lighthouses and the PlacementManager for ensuring 70% hiring rate at the Centre. Run the Alumni Program and track impact post the Skilling/Placement stage. Complying with systems, processes, documentation, data management and any otherrequirements as laid down for the Lighthouse Project. Attending hiring events like job fairs/exhibitions to get exposure to potential jobs and helpcandidates to find suitable local companies. Any other responsibility that might need to be undertaken.

Calling on the prospective leads and guiding the customer about the courses. Answering inbound calls and guiding the customer about the courses. Generating positive calls from the calling list and ensuring the target is met. Generating maximum walk-ins through calls. Documentation of call records by updating the systems, and necessary database Maintains systems and databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Maintaining report regarding the candidates who have taken admission or done enquiry. An ability to handle the entire sales cycle and achieve company targets with passion and ease. Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis for doubt clearing, general counselling and progress and feedback. Daily follow-ups to the enquiries for admissions. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results. Any other work allotted by the management. Ensuring adequate batch size and meeting batch start deadlines. telephonic enquiries and email enquiries convert them to enrolments. Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual student enrolment budgets. Placement database coordination. Ready with all Academic databases. Festivals dates, activities, notices, Celebrations Student Fees Follow-up Maintain Motivation and notice Board Responsible for academic & career counselling for prospective learners and their parents. Maintain Admission and personal details of student data.
