Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and dedicated SAP Support Projects Coordinator to support our SAP initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating SAP support projects, working with multiple stakeholders, ensuring the proper implementation of processes, and maintaining a high level of compliance with IT policies and audit requirements. The role demands excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, as well as a solid understanding of IT project lifecycles.Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate SAP support activities, ensuring all projects are aligned with company goals and timelines. Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication at all stages of the project. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure SAP support activities are in line with IT policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Interpersonal Collaboration: Work closely with business users, technical teams, and leadership to drive SAP support issues to resolution in a timely manner. Stakeholder Management: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, ensuring alignment with goals, milestones, and deliverables. IT Project Lifecycle Understanding: Understand the key phases of IT projects (such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) and apply this knowledge to SAP support processes. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure detailed records are kept for all support activities, including status reports, audits, and compliance checks. Problem Resolution: Assist in the identification of SAP-related issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them promptly. Ownership and Accountability: Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership in the successful completion of SAP support

1 Pitching products and/or services2 Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings3 Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them4 Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients5 Coordinating with various departments, vendors/suppliers for production & dispatch to ensure that orders are processed in line with customers delivery requirements6 Handle orders by telephone or mail, and they also check that the orders have the correct prices, discounts and product numbers and will contact customers to resolve any queries7 Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently

1. Executing Client Consultations physically and virtually2. Evaluating Client History and working with therapists to design a therapy plan3. Regular follow-up on progress with clients4. Periodic measurement using standardized assessments to map progress of clients5. Basic coaching/CBT/DBT/REBT or other modalities would be a bonus

Making a Q. C. Report of product and job (parts) All over planning of job to BOM report of product. Create a gate pass for outside the work of job. Assemble the product Sometime testing the job (parts) Discuss the problem of job with production department head and supervisor. Follow up the purchase department and discuss about the product. Meeting with all employee and discuss regarding work. Sometime cut raw material for loading.
