Stakeholder Management: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, ensuring alignment with goals, milestones, and deliverables. IT Project Lifecycle Understanding: Understand the key phases of IT projects (such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) and apply this knowledge to SAP support processes. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure detailed records are kept for all support activities, including status reports, audits, and compliance checks. Problem Resolution: Assist in the identification of SAP-related issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them promptly.
