1 Pitching products and/or services
2 Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
3 Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
4 Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
5 Coordinating with various departments, vendors/suppliers for production & dispatch to ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements
6 Handle orders by telephone or mail, and they also check that the orders have the correct prices, discounts and product numbers and will contact customers to resolve any queries
