Ensure the confidentiality of payroll data, including employee salaries, tax information, and benefits details.11. Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related queries, including issues related to pay discrepancies, tax deductions, and leave balances.12. Ensure the accurate processing of overtime pay, incentive structures, and other performance-based bonuses within payroll, particularly for logistics employees working in warehouses or in the field.13.
