Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet customers politely and take orders quickly.
- Suggest combos (., lassi + fruit salad, chaas + biryani portion) to increase sales.
- Handle complaints respectfully and resolve minor issues.
- Sales & Cash Handling
- Record each sale in the register or digital app.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and provide correct change.
- Reconcile daily sales with stock and report to stall owner.
- Product Handling
- Serve lassi, chaas, nimbu paani, fruit salad, and biryani portions neatly.
- Maintain portion control to avoid wastage.
- Keep counter clean and organized.
- Stock & Hygiene
- Monitor stock levels of glasses, plates, and ingredients.
- Inform owner when supplies are low.
- Follow hygiene practices (hand washing, clean utensils, covered food).
