We are looking for a motivated Sales Trainee to join our team in Indore. This is a full-time role for males with experience ranging from 2 to 8 years and at least a 12th-grade education.Key Responsibilities:- Understanding Products: Learn about the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to build relationships, understand their needs, and provide relevant solutions.- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals to effectively showcase our offerings.- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential customers and understand market trends to help the team strategize better.- Reporting: Maintain daily activity reports to track sales progress and customer interactions for performance review.- Training Participation: Attend training sessions to further develop sales skills and product knowledge.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
