Sales Trainee (Male)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Trainee to join our team in Indore. This is a full-time role for males with experience ranging from 2 to 8 years and at least a 12th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding Products: Learn about the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to build relationships, understand their needs, and provide relevant solutions.

- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals to effectively showcase our offerings.

- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential customers and understand market trends to help the team strategize better.

- Reporting: Maintain daily activity reports to track sales progress and customer interactions for performance review.

- Training Participation: Attend training sessions to further develop sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers. A basic understanding of sales concepts and techniques is preferred. The ability to work in a team and a positive attitude towards learning and growth are essential. Candidates should be self-motivated and show a willingness to adapt to the dynamic sales environment. A good understanding of customer service principles will be an added advantage.
