Market & Competitor AnalysisTrack regional competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decisions.5. Operational EfficiencyEnsure proper stock availability, supply chain coordination, and timely order fulfillment.Monitor credit control, collections, and adherence to company policies.6. Reporting & CompliancePrepare sales reports, forecasts, and region-wise performance dashboards.Ensure compliance with company guidelines, trade policies, and regulatory requirements.Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).5 - 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 - 4 years in a managerial or regional role.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
