Hiring for 1 Store Manager Job in Charni Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra, Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, Thane, Ulhasnagar, Bandra, Malad, Lowerparel, with Minimum 4 Years Experience, Required Educational Qualification is : other Bachelor Degree with Good Knowledge in Retail Sales, Retail Store Operations Etc., Maintaining statistical and financial records. dealing with customer queries and complaints. overseeing pricing and stock control. Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so. Job timings are flexible. Sale of the products, up selling of products/services

1) To explain the product to the visiting customers.2) To meet or exceed the Sales Target and outstanding target.3) Coordinating with other departments regarding Post Sales & Pre Sales.4) To take day to day reports from the sales coordinator.5) To take proper follow up regarding Agreement, Nocs, Demand, Possession letter etc form the Post Sales team.6) Proactively grab the Sales opportunity7) To have backup strategy of sales as per the market condition.8) Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues9) Coordination with customers, bankers till the time of disbursement.10) To input all the customer details in the software.11) To show sample flat show flat, Club house etc to the visiting customers.12) Maintaining outstanding sheet both offline and online. 13) To solve and handle the customers query till the time of possession and till the time we are handling the society.
