Responsibilities:1.Become a subject matter expert on agriculture commodity markets.2.Use strategic sourcing to develop and drive strategies and processes.3.Develop and lead strategies including internal and external analysis and negotiations.4.Keep track of projections based on changing market environments and product prices.5.Prepare monthly commodity projections.6.Track total cost of ownership and variations to budget.7.Knowledge of procurement and commodity as they relate to the agricultural industry.8.Lead ongoing joint business activities.9.Direct performance on KPIs, productivity initiatives and innovation.10.Manage and coordinate all phases of the commodity.11.Be willing to approach agriculture holistically but with a business mindset.12.Have a broad scope of knowledge that includes all dry commodity products.Structure relevant proposal i. e., Sauda/Forward Trade/WRF/SCF.Client follow-up for closure & Client VisitAutomation of processes leading.Requirements:1.Must have good knowledge and connect with millers/ food processing industries buyersShould have good knowledge of B2B Sales and should be able to handle the team

** Financial Responsibilities1). Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels/ APF tie up to source the residential project and ensure the APF part as well as biz penetration.2). Develop and maintain relationship with clients / Developer /Contractor for repeat business and referral/s3). Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target.4). Arrange loan events- organize events/ activities for lead generation .5). Handle product queries and service issues.6).Ensure the achievement of given business target.7). Comfortable with travel , doing visits and verification for business and portfolio with team or alone on daily basis as required for business in area assigned to the candidate8). Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction / disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients. (relationship handling)
