Market Development:Create the distribution network by on boarding new Dealers/Retailers and Distributors.Identify potential markets and develop strategies to penetrate the products.Conduct regular visits to the field to understand market needs and gather customer feedback.Sales & Revenue Growth:Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.Execute sales plans to increase the market share of the companys fertilizers.Manage orders from retailers and distributors, ensuring timely supply.Customer Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealers/Retailers, Distributors.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product delivery or quality.Product Promotion:Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain sales reports and records of field activities, customer interactions, and feedback.Provide insights and reports to management on market trends, competition, and potential growth areas.
