Field Sales Executive (Lead Generation) in a Study Abroad Consultancy:Identify and generate leads of prospective students interested in studying abroad.Conduct direct client interactions, presentations, and seminars to explain programs and visa processes.Maintain and update client database, follow up on leads, and convert them into enrollments.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams for promotional activities.Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on performance and market insights.Required skills: strong communication, negotiation, cold calling, CRM usage, and knowledge of study abroad processes.

Market Research and Analysis:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective strategies.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identify and approach potential clients to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.Sales and Revenue Generation:Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities.Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Field Sales Activities:Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present our products/services and understand their needs.Travel to client locations for sales presentations, demonstrations, and relationship-building activities.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.
