Parent Relation managerCounsel the parent for student on admission, convince them to get admission as per the policies and proceduresCounsel Parents on admission policies and procedures offer solutions to applicant problems and requests regarding admission via telephone or F2F and in writing.Work closely with the Zonal for Schools admission in making admission decisions for school programs in accordance with admission guidelinesCoordinate application completion activities with students, admission offices, and individual departmentsReviews student records, inputs data and generates letters and/or lists utilizing applicant databasesGather data and prepare reports for reporting to the Dean and departments and for use in managing the enrollment and application & admission processesStay current on a wide range of other schools policies, and global educational trends affecting students, admissions and special programsWork closely with the zonal and Ops manager for graduate admission and assist with admission decisions for graduate programs in accordance with admission guidelinesPerform detailed evaluation and calculations for a large volume of students applications.Skills Set & RequirementsGood experience in Admissions conversions and Student Services teamsShould have 1+ years experience in the admission counselors role and Minimum 1 Year experience in Teaching Pre Primary or Primary classes in CBSE or ICSE Schools .Should have basic Degree or Master from any steamShould have Strong communication and negotiations & Convincing skills to convert the lead into admissionsHelp maintain school admission website pages and communication templates
