Ltd. at Rajarhat, Kolkata.Need candidates with excellent Spanish communication skills.FreshersWorking days: 24 working days in a month , 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday Leave .Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster offIncentive : Up to 4 lacs in a month ( Average incentive 10 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salarySalary : 15K to 22K Training : 30 days paid training.Responsibilities:-1.Manage incoming phone calls2.Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction3.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools4.Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionRequirements:-1.
