we are hiring for the position of spanish travel sales/ customer care executive for our company webvio technologies pvt. ltd. at rajarhat, kolkata.

need candidates with excellent spanish communication skills.

freshers

working days: 24 working days in a month , 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday leave .

shifts: us shift (inbound voice) fixed shift with roster off

incentive : up to 4 lacs in a month ( average incentive 10 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary

salary : 15k to 22k

training : 30 days paid training.

responsibilities:-

ge incoming phone calls

tify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

ide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

le customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

requirements:-

1. candidate must have b2 certificate

2. strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

3. customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

4. excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
