Sales Strategy & Business SupportAssist the Sales Head in executing sales strategies, tracking performance, and analyzing sales reports.Prepare sales presentations, business proposals, and performance review documents.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.Track and follow up on key sales initiatives and action plans.2. Calendar & Task ManagementManage the Sales Heads schedule, ensuring efficient time allocation for meetings, reviews, and client interactions.Prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of important deliverables.Organize and coordinate sales team meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.3. Communication & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a liaison between the Sales Head and internal teams, clients, and business partners.Draft emails, reports, and executive briefs for internal and external communication.Handle correspondence and ensure seamless flow of information across departments.4. Sales Operations & CoordinationMaintain sales records, dashboards, and CRM reports to track performance metrics.Assist in managing sales pipelines, client interactions, and follow-ups.Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.Monitor and report on sales targets, achievements.
